Refund policy

This page says when you get money back from LazyGEO, and how to ask for it.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and a card is needed. Your 3-day trial checks Perplexity and writes one sample page. Paid plans add ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, articles and emails. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. The trial is run by Creem, our payment partner.

Monthly plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time from Billing in the app (avatar menu → Settings → Plan → Manage plan), or email support@lazygeo.com. The plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months.

When we refund

You get a full refund if:

• you were charged twice or charged by mistake; or
• you forgot to cancel after the trial, write to us within 7 days of that first charge, and we have not yet published or sent anything for you in that period (articles, emails, listings).

How to ask

Email support@lazygeo.com from your account email. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem, usually within 5–10 business days.

Prices change

We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.
